• Comment: Our bottom floor flooded and I really need help fast. I called Mark, telling him I wasn't sure my insurance would cover it. He assured me it would and had me call the insurance company to make sure. He then walked me through the entire insurance coverage. He showed me the damage to the subfloor and informed the insurance company what my problem was.
