• Comment: The hose of the water filter under the sink in my mom's house broke sometime while she was in the hospital. I noticed this only after she returned home. I began calling water mitigation companies on a Sunday. Only Ready Flood Restoration answered the phone; other companies claim you can call anytime, but you only get an answering service or a machine. Mark said he would be there the next morning and he was there punctually on Monday morning. He walked us through the process, which required moving the stove and refrigerator in the kitchen and the furniture on the other side of the wall in the living room, as well as drying out under the kitchen sink. It was a lengthy dry out because the hose leaked the entire time my mom was in the hospital. Mark came to the house every day to check the machines and the drying process. Once everything was dry, he put everything back in order. Mark was always professional; but what I was most impressed with was how kind and patient he was to my 90 year old mother and that was priceless and I am forever grateful to him.
